You’re Invited! Resist, Reclaim, Restore: An Open Mic

The Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum and the Princeton University Art Museum join to celebrate the legacy of spoken word as art, activism, and a tool for survival.See performances by acclaimed poets, local artists, and storytellers including performances by Princeton University student groups Ellipses Slam Poetry, Songline Slam, and ForWord Collective.Sign-ups for the open mic begin at 5:30 p.m; program begins at 6 p.m. This event is free and open to the public, no tickets or registration required.Presented in partnership with the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum. Cosponsored by the Student Advisory Board of the Princeton University Art Museum.
