2017 Visiting Artist Talk: Dread Scott

The Princeton University Art Museum’s Student Advisory Board hosts the accclaimed American artist Dread Scott to present their annual visiting artist talk.

Scott’s work, which he calls “revolutionary art to propel history forward,” powerfully addresses such topics such as American imperialism, the history and legacies of slavery, symbols of nationalism, police brutality and police murders of African Americans, and anti-black racism in the United States.

A reception in the Museum lobby will follow.
